American Wake-up Call
Finally they are looking at hybrids and small cars. Someday they will realize the importance of a good public transport system too! At least I can dream of that now...

I totally agree. The lack of public transportation in this country bugs me quite a bit.
Not to mention- I miss rickshaws, autos etc. If one has to travel some small distance, these things are invaluable. I wish they would have some for of that (get off the train station and take a rickshaw to office, or come out of home and get one to go to school- like in good old undergrad days).
That is my dream for this country!!
Agreed. Do you know America has 2% of world population and consumes 25% of world oil? Its absolutely ridiculous...
