Yep it got to me. No, I am not working too hard. I am just using a lot of computer, especially mouse. Both at work and home. But now you know why I haven’t been posting. Yes, I am taking care of my hand and hoping to return to posting regularly soon.
Try switching your primary hand for the mouse. It's not as difficult as it may feel initially. Also, get a keyboard like this one. http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Natural-Ergo-Keyboard-4000/dp/B000A6PPOK. Check with ergonomic folks.

I recently had wrist tendonitis on my mouse bearing hand, and initially thought it was carpal TS, coz most of the symptoms are similar. Putting ice packs and wearing a wrist brace really helped the pain and cure. I got the wrist brace off amazon.
